Estimado colega:
Es para mi un honor dirigirme a usted y a los demás colegas que con su participación darán vida al Congreso Internacional Virtual AGROPECUS INGALLS (CIVAI).
Esta reunión ha sido el objeto de la atención del Comité Organizador desde hace casi cuatro años. Durante ese tiempo hemos dedicado nuestro mejor esfuerzo a la preparación de la parte científica del congreso y a todos los demás aspectos que esperamos habrán de facilitar y hacer fructífero su participación virtual durante el evento.
Este congreso virtual se caracteriza por ser el primero propuesto desde México, uno de los primeros que tiene lugar en América Latina y por ser el primero en abordar el tema integral del "Sector Agropecuario"; aspectos todos éstos que han venido a reforzar el internacionalismo característico de AGROPECUS-INGALLS, así como a darle un contenido preciso a su propósito: la ciencia y la investigación es una actividad que pertenece a todos los pueblos y a todas las culturas.
Ahora corresponde a todos los investigadores de la ciencia agropecuaria continuar y consolidar este importante logro en el futuro, para beneficio del sector rural.
A nombre de AGROPECUS-INGALLS, que nos ha brindado su apoyo, de los investigadores mexicanos de la ciencia agropecuaria, del Comité Organizador y del mío propio quiero expresar a usted nuestra efusiva y amistosa bienvenida a nuestro espacio virtual de difusión de la ciencia y la tecnología agropecuaria .

Dear colleague:
It is for my a honor to go to you and the other colleagues that will give life to the International Virtual Congress AGROPECUS with their participation (IVCA). This meeting has been the object of the attention of the Organizing Committee for almost four years. During that time we have dedicated our best effort to the preparation of the scientific part of the congress and all the other aspects that we wait they will facilitate and to make fruitful their virtual participation during the event.
This virtual congress is characterized to be the first one proposed from Mexico, one of the first ones that takes place in Latin America and to be the first one in approaching the topic integral of the "Agricultural Sector"; aspects all these that have come to reinforce the characteristic internationalism of the Society AGROPECUS for the Science and the Development A.C., as well as to give a precise content to its purpose: the science and the investigation is an activity that belongs to all the towns and all the cultures. Now it corresponds all the investigators of the agricultural science to continue and to consolidate this important achievement in the future, for benefit of the rural sector.
To name of the Society AGROPECUS for the Science and the Development A.C. that has offered us their support, of the Mexican investigators of the agricultural science, of the Organizing Committee and of mine own I want to express you friendly welcome to our virtual space of diffusion of the science and the agricultural technology.
